Our Practice

Restorative Sleep Solutions is a full service sleep diagnostic testing facility. We conduct sleep testing, also known as polysomnography, to test for all types of sleep disorders including insomnia, periodic limb movement disorder, and most commonly sleep apnea. The sleep study is an overnight procedure where you stay at the sleep center, and are monitored by a trained sleep technologist. The sleep technologist will monitor and many things including, brain waves, limb movements, and respiratory events. The study is a painless procedure and all testing is done with your regular sleep habits in mind. Once testing has completed one of our board certified sleep physicians will review the study and determine a diagnosis. We pride ourselves on getting our patients sleeping better, faster. On average we can have you tested, treated, and sleeping better within one week. At the Restorative Sleep Solutions we not only treat adults, but treat childhood sleep disorders as well. One of the most common sleep disorders we see in the sleep center is sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing throughout a patients sleep. These pauses in breathing can cause the patient to wake numerous times throughout the night, thus causing fatigue throughout the day. Fatigue during the day is one of the main symptoms the patient will experience. Along with fatigue, snoring is one of the most common signs of sleep apnea. Snoring is a form of apnea, in that it is a partial obstruction of the upper airway.
