SO, YOU WANT ME TO SLEEP AT THE
 DOCTOR'S OFFICE?

Rebekah noticed her sleep issues becoming more severe with each pregnancy and her OBGYN referred her to the Sleep Center of Willmar (now known as Restorative Sleep Solutions). In this video she shares her honest take on going through a sleep study.

“Being able to sleep with this quality of sleep night after night, made going through those somewhat uncomfortable and new experiences worth it.” - Rebekah

“I have four kids, my sleep is really important, to have that rest and to feel that rest the next morning is a big difference. that’s not saying I’m not tired ever, but it’s a different quality of sleep.”

Rebekah was diagnosed with sleep apnea in her 20s. And as a busy mom with an active lifestyle, the CPAP has improved Rebekah's energy levels to do the things she loves most — spend time with her family, and coach for the Willmar School District and the YMCA.
FINDING THE RIGHT FIT

The right mask made all the difference to Rebekah when it came to actually wearing her CPAP.

"It made me feel less overwhelmed... I was now open to trying it (the CPAP) once I didn't feel that uncomfortable. That mask change was wonderful." - Rebekah
"I woke up 32 times in one hour. I wasn’t even sleeping two minutes straight… I was not at all being rested.” - Rebekah. “(The Sleep Center of Willmar shared the results with me.) It was shocking.”
DO YOU HAVE A HUNCH THAT YOU OR A LOVED ONE MIGHT HAVE A SLEEPING PROBLEM?

According to the American Sleep Apnea Association it is estimated that sleep-related problems affect 50 to 70 million Americans of all ages and socioeconomic classes.

Getting high quality sleep is vital for overall health and its impact is often overlooked. This is alarming because many sleep disorders are linked to severe health conditions. For example, untreated sleep apnea is associated with hypertension, cognitive impairment, heart disease and stroke.
